A classic gin and tonic cocktail is light, fresh and easy to make.

• Large shot of gin
• 250 ml of tonic water
• 8 Ice cubes
• 3 wedges of lime
• Peppercorns (extra garnish)

Chill your glasses. Approximately 20 minutes prior to serving chill your glasses in the freezer. This helps keep your drink cooler, longer.

How to make
Once ready to prepare, add ice cubes to the chilled glasses. Add the gin plus the first wedge of lime then throw it in the glass. Pour the gin over the ice and squeeze in the second lime. Add the tonic water and third lime. Fill each glass with tonic water and garnish with an additional lime wedge. Extra garnish, add peppercorns to spice things up when it’s cold outside.
